RADICAL PARTY RENTALS – You plan the party, we’ll deliver the FUN!

  • Whats included in my rental?
    A typical rental includes all equipment required to safetly operate/use the inflatable. The setup and teardown is completed by a certified amusement operator. All equipment is inspected prior to use. The rental fee also includes local delivery and all Provincialy required insurance.
  • What are the power requirements?
    The use of our products requires access to a standard 15A exterior plug within 150 ft of the set up location, otherwise a generator is required which we can provide for an additional fee.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    The client can cancel an inflatable delivery up until the day before without any penalties. Cancelling the day of the event will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental cost. In the case of unsafe weather conditions, Radical Party Rentals has the right to cancel delivery for safety reasons, the client will be consulted in this circumstance.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    No deposit is required for rental of a single inflatable . A 50% deposit is required to hold the rental date for two or more inflatables. This deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before your event.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We are able to accept Cash, Company Cheques and E-Transfers to RadicalPartyRentals@gmail.com. Payment is due upon delivery of the inflatable.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We offer FREE delivery within a 25KM radius, based out of the Burnside Industrial Park. We are able to deliver outside our standard delivery zone for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.
  • How long can I have the equipment for?
    The standard rental cost includes a 1-8 hour rental period. Subject to location and availability. We typically setup in the morning, then return to pickup in the late afternoon/early evening. If you require a rental period longer than 8-hours, please contact us for a quote.
